Young People

The Project supports young people aged 8 – 18 years of age who live in South Ayrshire and are experiencing social isolation and exclusion. This means that the young person has limited or no adult support to access social and recreational activities and has limited or no positive peer interaction or community involvement.

In addition to experiencing social isolation the young person may also be affected by either a learning disability, physical disability, sensory impairment or a diagnosed medical condition. Alternatively the Project also supports young people who may present challenging behaviour at school, home or in the community; be emotionally vulnerable or have significant social difficulties.
