Project Staff and Management Team

The Project is run by a volunteer management team consisting of a Board of Trustees together with several specialist advisors. The day to day operation of the Project is managed by one full time professionally qualified co-ordinator with the support of two part time professionally qualified co-ordinators and a full time Administrator.

Trustee and Company Secretary	Jean Swinley	Jean is a solicitor who specialises in family law. She has worked in private practice, local authority and also has experience of working with SCRA.
Trustee	Dympna Gardiner	Dympna has a professional background in mental health.
Trustee	Val Riddiough	Val has a background working as a professional in the Voluntary Sector.
Trustee	Ron Turkington	Ron is a serving Panel Member and has a business background.
Trustee	Maggie Headrick	Maggie has a background in Trading Standards and has experience of working with young people on a voluntary basis.
Board Advisor	Liz Baillie	Liz is Authority Reporter for SCRA in South Ayrshire.
Board Advisor	Martin Graham	Martin is Community Safety Inspector with Strathclyde Police for South Ayrshire.
Board Advisor	Gary Hoey	Gary is the manager of the Youth Support Team of South Ayrshire Council.
